विधि: या तो पहली चाँद रात या फिर चाँद वाली नौचंदी जुमेरात से इस अमल को शरू करना है। और ४० दिनों तक ये अमल चलेगा।  इस अमल को कुल ७८६ बार पढ़ना है।  आईना सामने रख लें फिर पीठ पीछे चिराग जला लें। जैसे है अमल पढ़ना पूरा होता है उसी छन सो जाना है बिना किसी से बोले।

सावधान - गाय के गोश्त और बदबू दार खाने से परहेज करना है।
