This is general evil in this corruption era, that always higher rank
officers harass the junior rank officers and also the civilians. They never
treat them as human instead they behave like animals with them and withdraw
high amount for their little works only. By this way the senior officer
harasses and does according to their mind always they never think about any
rule, regulation or humanity. They always become problem for their juniors and
civil persons for their works.
Now Question is what we should do to prevent us from their harassment?
Either you should have more power to stop them or you should have leaved the
job from that officer etc. But in maximum cases both ways are not applicable
then we become handicap to do anything.
