For students as soon as the exam about to come, exam become the top head ache for them. All students are not same but maximum students feel head ache about the exam. So how we can use Yoga to remove such tension from students, lt us lean.

As soon as the exam countdown starts the parents also come in tension with students. Students are sick with performance pressure. Therefore we most required to keep our students in relax mode even in hard work and tension environment.

Now a days Yoga is playing important role to reduce the tension of students, therefore parents must use yoga tips to help their children.

First of all parents should control the children daily routine and ask them to go to sleep at correct time ask them to wake up early in morning so that the can have some time to do yoga.

Our main motive is that students concentration should not break up towards study and they should feel relax always. So for all this students should do the yoga as given below.

-      In morning after getting fresh and bath then do the yoga. First powerful yoga is headstand or Shirshasan. This is very useful yoga for students but remember one things this should done 2 -3 times and 3 -4 minute max each time.

-      Except headstand students always need to do the Surya Namaskar. This will always provide and generate the new living energy in body which never let loose heart to student.

-      To improve the concentration ‘because concentration is the root of all success in life’ Use Vajrasan, sitting in vajrasan and doing tratak on any point is really helpful for concentration and it will also keep healthy your digestion system. For concentration you can use kamalasan also.

-      Except this yoga session parents should also keep in mind about the hobby of their children. They should allow to children doing activities according to their hobby.


-      Except all above there are also lot of factor which are mandatory for students like, ask children to have 8 hours sleep daily which can make them relax properly, provide them healthy diet, during study students should have break after every one hour of regular study. And all this are only possible by a good time table. So make a good timetable and then let students do work according to that timetable. Never force them for more and more study etc.
