For good health we must need nutritious food, Yoga dhayan and regular
routine for all activities. Have good sleep at correct time is also the main
and important thing for this. Here we will discuss about sleeping according to
our holy scriptures.
Our head should towards the South direction – It assume to best to sleeping
with south direction head. Definitely in this situation your leg must be in
north direction. Having slept in such way is more helpful for you and your
health.
Head should not in North: due to magnetic effect of earth, the magnetic
rays flow south to north always, therefore when we sleep having head in south
direction then it enter in our head and out from the leg side. Therefore in
morning after wake up people feel fresh and happy. Opposite to it if we have
head in north direction then magnetic rays will react from legs to head that
will create tension and headache.

Second option for Head is East – Yes if you are not able to keep your head
in south direction then you have an option of East direction to sleep having
head in east direction is also good for health. Because sun rises from the east
and rising sun has very positive powers. So to keep positive powers we must
have head in east while sleeping.
Sleep not allowed in evening time – during the evening time sleeping is
prohibited for all peoples. Sleeping in this time is harmful from all
direction. Sleeping this time make the man patient, poor and health less.

Never sleep just after the taking food. Just after the taking food we
should move for 1 – 2 hours. We should walk and do little activities. So that
food gets set for digestive.
Most important point is that always during sleeping keep yourself calm and
peace. If your keep yourself tension free and sleep without any burden then you
will have very good sleep and in morning you will get totally fresh.
