How you should do this Tratak
Meditation Sadhana:
1. Keep a peace of blanket for your
seat, Always seat at on same place and at same time. Place Must be pure and peaceful.
No Body should disturb to you during this process.
2. Timing either do it in the earing
morning around 3 A.M to 7 A.M or at night around 8 P.M. to 12 A.M. Mean Time
duration for it should be around 4 hours per day for the 40 days.
3. During the Tratak process, keep
concentration, dedication and patience.
4. Devotee should keep celibacy and should
not addicted.
5. During tratak no food should before 4
hours, very light food should eat.
6. While practice of Tratak meditation,
Devotee should not move body and his /her neck, back and head should be
straight in 90 degree angle. As shown in picture below Mean body should be
straight and should not move even the finger also.
7. Just take bath with fresh water and wear
the comfortable clothes in Red color.
8. Devotee should do the tratak as given
below in picture. Ghee / Oil lamp should
place as shown and person should also sit like that.
9. Females need to keep 2 rituals of 21
days because during their periods they are restricted for ritual.

Anybody can do this ritual even a child also,
as it is completely safe and effective very much.

At the last of Tratak Meditation mean
when passed the 3.25 or 3.5 hours then close your eyes and try to see and meditation
on same flame with close eyes and see this flame in the middle of yours both
eyes above nose.
